• BIM / CAD / Engineering: Our company utilizes a team experienced with our in-house computer-aided design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) programs. This uses software such as Autocad, Revit, Navisworks, and robotic total stations to provide accurate information through laser accuracy and saves time. This method helps increase efficiency in the development of the concept and completion of the project.
• Design Build: Our S&S Mechanical team keeps everything in-house. We design it and we built it. We utilize our expertise and understanding regarding complex piping and plumbing systems of various industries. We then have our engineers and CAD designers, who have the technical knowledge and the experience to help design and built the project with keeping the clients' construction budget and dream design into consideration.
• Design Assist: Since we are not a design firm our primary objective is the “build” not the “design” which means our design costs are cheaper than firms.
