S&S Mechanical is headquartered in Sparks at 702 Spice Islands Dr, so we are minutes from most Sparks homes and businesses. We provide plumbing repair, water heater replacement, tankless installation, boiler work and commercial plumbing across Sparks, with 24/7 emergency response.
Sparks is home. Our shop and trucks are based off Spice Islands Drive, which puts our crews close to the industrial corridor along Glendale Avenue and Greg Street, the older neighborhoods around Victorian Square, and the newer subdivisions climbing toward Wingfield Springs and Kiley Ranch. That mix of 1950s housing and brand-new construction shapes the work we do here every week.
Mid-century homes near Victorian Square and Prater Way often still have galvanized supply lines and cast-iron drains reaching the end of their life. Low pressure and rusty water are the warning signs.
Hillside developments in Wingfield Springs and D’Andrea can see high static water pressure. A failed pressure-reducing valve is one of the most common causes of burst supply lines we see in east Sparks.
The Sparks industrial area along I-80 is full of warehouses and light manufacturing that rely on commercial water heaters, compressed air, process piping and backflow assemblies. We service those facilities directly from our nearby shop.
ReplacementS&S Mechanical replaces gas and electric tank water heaters in Reno and Sparks, usually same or next day. Every installation includes the permit, new connectors and shutoff, seismic strapping, expansion tank where required, code-compliant venting, haul-away of the old unit, and our price-beat guarantee against local competitors.
